Our Bobcat Track Star!

We signed Xander up for Bobcat track this year. He LOVED it! It was set up by the track and field college students. They did a great job teaching the kids and directing the events. Xander said he is definitely joining again next year. We are so fortunate to have the opportunity to get involved in extracurricular activities like this.

And just to make everyone clear... IAM NOT a bobcat fan. However, will always be a fan of Xander. So, I am supporting him in this, not the kittycats.     :)

Xander 2nd Annual Pinewood Derby

Chris and Xander did such a great job this year on their car. Xander tied for 3rd place, but lost in the finals. Regardless of the outcome it was neat for both son and dad to spend time together planning and building their car. Something none of us will ever forget.

Chris's 33rd Birthday Party

This year I planned a dinner party for Chris's 33rd birthday. He was on shift all weekend so I was able to decorate and plan while he was working. Friends and family came all the way from Big Timber and Livingston to celebrate with us. It was a huge success. I made chicken enchalada's that turned out fabulous! Everyone had a great time. Happy birthday baby.

Christmas Day 2011

It is our tradition to always have hot wings on Christmas day. This year we grilled them on the BBQ. They we sooo good. We served them with lots of snacks and salad. We spent the day opening gifts, playing games, and eating food all day.

Christmas Eve 2011

This year we spent Christmas Eve at both of my parents house. We went to my moms first then headed over to dads. This enabled us to spend Christmas day at home and stay in our pj's all day. We were so blessed with family, gifts, food and laughter. This is why I love Christmas so much.

This is probably my favorite picture. The cousins using grandpa's computer to find out where santa is via santa tracker. I believe he was in Brazil when this picture was taken. The kids thought they at least had 6 more hours before bed when santa would arrive. 

Wine Making

This year Chris and I decided that since myself and all of the ladies in our entire family are wine lovers we would make our own wine and give it as gifts for Christmas. We had so much fun making it. It was a month long process. Plus, decorating the wine bottles themselves.

After wine making and tasting I decided not to only decorate the wine bottles, but also the wine glasses I thought needed to go with it. They turned out awesome. All 5 ladies, my mom, stepmom, sisters, and Lisa received a package.
